Shipping

All available works ship within 3-4 business days.

Special orders or larger sized prints will take longer to process and it will be stated under the product description in the shop section.

All domestic and international orders will be shipped via Australia Post and come with tracking.

Returns and exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you have any issues please contact us at isabellopesartist@gmail.com 

If there is any damage to your item we require photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Products can be returned or exchanged if they are returned within 30 days of purchase and in their original condition or original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the items and shipping costs at purchase time are non refundable. Only item costs are refundable.

Items excluded from refund/exchange

-Jewellery – all earrings and necklaces sales are final. We can not exchange or refund due to public health and hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully.

-Original one-off works  - due to the handmade nature of the product all sales are final. If you have any issues with the product please email us at isabellopesartist@google.com
