Isabel Lopes is an artist based in the Fleurieu Peninsula, in South Australia, creating playful works inspired by nature.

Originally from Portugal, Isabel moved to Sydney, Australia in the mid 1990’s, latter she relocated to Darwin NT where she spent 12 years surrounded by pristine landscapes and wild life that constantly inspired her work.

In 2020 Isabel relocated to the South Coast of SA where flora and fauna continue to be her muse.

With a background in art, design, photography, jewellery and landscape architecture Isabel has always been immersed in the natural world where she takes her inspiration from, exploring colour, pattern and texture in her joyful and playful works.

Her range includes mixed media original paintings and illustrations, fine art prints, cards, magnets, wearable art, decorative and functional handpainted ceramics all fuelled by her deep love for nature.
